Next Level DME was founded in 2020 in Morristown, Tennessee, by a disabled veteran who once needed durable medical equipment himself and set out to make it easier for others to find. Our Story
What started as one location has grown into two full showrooms serving families across East Tennessee, but the mission has stayed the same from day one: treat every customer the way we would want to be treated, and help our neighbors live comfortably and independently at home.
After leaving the military, our founder faced the same frustrating search that so many of our customers describe: confusing product options, limited local support, and a lack of anyone willing to walk through the process in person. He built Next Level DME to close that gap, offering hands-on guidance instead of guesswork.
Today, the business is owned and operated by its founder and his wife, with a team that has spent nearly five years building relationships with customers throughout Hamblen, Jefferson, and Sevier counties.
